Collagraph and Carborundum prints are created by collaging textured materials onto matt board. These matt board plates
are hand-inked and run through a hand-pulled press to transfer the collaged images onto thick printmaking paper
to produce richly textured and embossed prints. Small editions can be made by re-inking and printing the plates.

OCULUS SERIES: the oculus is a portal, a transition from what is to what could be.
THE SPACE BETWEEN COLLABORATIVE PROJECT: Hannamari Jalovaara and I worked collaboratively on a series of work based on the premise that in between each action, thought or idea there is a moment of stillness where what exists is in the process of becoming something else.
FEEDING THE HUNGRY GHOSTS: For this body of work I referenced the Buddhist tradition of placing seven offering bowls on an altar each day. The bowl becomes the receptacle to give and receive blessings that honour each day and brings our full attention to life.
